Love these down coats!

I have bought numerous down road coats for my grandchildren. Aside from the safety features of this coat, it is warm, durable, and stylish. We have washed these coats and they are as good as new. They hold up to years of use. Be aware that they run slightly large when ordering.

I must mention that, on my recent order, USPS said they delivered my order when I did not receive it. I called the customer care number and Eric answered and sent me another coat immediately. No questions asked. I told him I would make a return if the second coat showed up. When the lost coat eventually arrived, I contacted him again and he sent me a return label. I so appreciate the care given to me as a customer. and they stand by their product, too. Thank you, Eric!
