What’s Covered
Every One Kid® product is carefully designed and tested. If it ever fails because of a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair it—or replace it with a new one.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t apply to issues caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of fabrics and colors after years of use.
How It Works

Returns for size, fit, or preference are covered under our 30-day Return & FREE Exchange Policy.

Beyond 30 days, our Lifetime Quality Guarantee covers only true manufacturing defects.

To start a warranty claim, simply email us. We’ll provide return instructions. Products must be sent to us clean, pre-paid, and insured.
A Note on Lifetime
“Lifetime” means the reasonable lifetime of the product—typically 3 to 5 years of normal use by the original owner.
Your Rights
This warranty applies in the U.S. and Canada and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights depending on where you live.
One Kid® Limited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage
One Kid LLC warrants to the original purchaser that One Kid® branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the product, defined as a maximum of five (5) years from the original purchase date under normal, intended use. -
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:-
Normal wear and tear, fading, or natural material breakdown over time

Damage due to accident, misuse, negligence, or improper care

Altered or modified products

Return/Exchange Policy vs. Warranty

Our 30-day Return & FREE Exchange Policy applies to size, fit, or preference issues.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects discovered after the 30-day period.

Remedies
At its sole discretion, One Kid LLC will repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product if the original model is no longer available. No cash refunds will be issued. -
Customer Responsibilities

All warranty returns must be clean and free of contamination. Products received unclean may be returned to sender without evaluation.

Customers are responsible for shipping products to One Kid LLC, pre-paid and insured. One Kid LLC is not responsible for lost inbound packages.

This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada. It gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary by state or province.
