Great service

We haven’t worn the coat yet but it seems to be of very nice quality. Customer service was excellent when the jacket was accidentally sent to the wrong state (by fault of USPS). They worked very closely with us to send out a replacement quickly and then had us return the original once it arrived.

Buckle child into car seat following car seat manufacturer’s instructions. Secure 5 point harness tightly.
